The R-LNG Process integrates landfill gas production, upgrading and liquefaction systems to transform multiple methane gas sources into liquefied gas within a single production plant. Whether sourced from landfills, anaerobic digesters or low-pressure gas networks, we are pre-mixing these methane gas sources into Renewable LNG (R-LNG) or standard liquefied natural gas (LNG).
The Integrated Landfill Gas Production System targets landfill gas capture and measurement to improve gas yield and landfill gas quality.
We are offering an all-in-one solution that delivers compliant liquefied fuel, no matter the biogas composition or pressure of the natural gas delivery network. In its standard configuration, the R-LNG Process can be fed with landfill gas containing up to 25% v/v of Nitrogen.
The R-LNG Process groups proprietary technologies that can be provided individually as independent plant components used in the production, upgrading or destruction of landfill gas. By producing quality landfill gas, you can process it into renewable transportation fuel and join the LNG value chain.
By building smaller liquefaction plants, you can scale and time your investment to suit your growing needs. You can further reduce your network station capital expenditures by combining a production plant with an on-site refueling station.
